the floyd's pumpkin carving party was a great success.
designs ranged from classic to funny to a transformer w/ downs.
heaps of great food including a cupcake duel
(jl won not just on frosting alone, her cake was silky good to boot!

the doctor and fam were sick and missed a grant event.
we were lucky to stay on the farm with the mcbucks.
we heard no bumps in the night but tried to listen,
laughing about it on the ride home,
we confessed to each other niether of us opened our eyes to look aound when we were awake.
